Description
Bort BFP-500 is a modern HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) paint sprayer. Coloring takes place using a large volume of air at its low pressure. In methods where compressed air is used, the more complex the geometric shape of the painted surface, the harder it is to paint it. HVLP plants use air driven by a turbine to a high speed, which carries the paint material. The air flow of the spray increases the adhesion and density of the coating, while reducing the drying time of the painted layer. The HVLP spray gun is suitable for applying synthetic and nitrocellulose enamels and varnishes, paints for wood and metal, water-based paints and multicolor paints. The sprayer has a traditional bottom-cup design. It differs from analogues used in other spraying technologies, only by wider channels for air passage. With its help, compositions with a viscosity of 20 to 45 s are applied from varnishes and enamels to "anticorrosive" and bituminous paints. The presented atomizer Bort BFP-500, like other modern atomizers, has a spray pattern adjustment. The torch adjustment has the following modes: - horizontal spray pattern - vertical spray pattern - spot spray pattern. The main unit, which creates an air flow, is equipped with a filter and a 500 W motor. For easy carrying, the unit is equipped with a strap, and for comfortable work - with a long hose connecting the unit to the spray gun. Despite the modern HVLP technology used in the Bort BFP-500 electric sprayer, it is easy to disassemble and clean. The design is quite simple and reliable. Also, this spray can be used to disinfect any surface.
